    How to Lose 8 Kilos in Seven Days

    With the summer holidays looming, you’re worried about getting in shape fast to look fab in a bikini? Or is there a medical condition due to which you’re required to lose some weight? Whatever the case may be, the General Motors diet is here for you to try. Thanks to the special eating plan of the giant company, a number of people have succeeded in losing 8 kilograms in a single week.

    Day 1
    Only Fruits
    The first day of the diet is full of fruit. If you feel hungry, eat only fruits – no vegetable or chocolate is allowed. The most recommended fruits are cantaloupe, water melon, strawberries, peach, and Ginger Gold apples. If you feel thirsty, drink a lot of water, at least 8 glasses a day. You can eat as much fruit as you want during the first day, with the exception of bananas.

    Day 2
    Only Vegetables
    Similar to Day 1, but fruits are replaced with vegetables. You can eat them either raw or cooked, however, avoid using oils. Drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water during the day.

    Day 3
    Fruits and Vegetables
    Except for bananas and potatoes, you can eat any fruits and vegetables on this day. Don’t forget to get enough water.

    Day 4
    Bananas and Milk
    A surprise day since you’ve had to avoid eating bananas for the past three days. It’s time to eat them now. Consume at least 8 bananas and 3 to 4 glasses of milk.

    Day 5
    Rice and Tomatoes
    For lunch, you can take a cup of rice and you should also eat 6 tomatoes during the day. On the other hand, increase your water intake to help the body cleanse itself of the uric acid that will be produced by digesting the tomatoes. Drink at least 15 glasses of water.

    Day 6
    Rice and Vegetables
    For lunch, you can take a cup of rice again and you can also eat any vegetables you want. Drink 12 glasses of water on this day.

    Day 7 – the end of the diet
    On the last day of the plan, you can have a cup of rice, vegetables, and fruit juice. The fruit juice will flush out the toxins from your system, making it the perfect ending to the diet.
    After following the meal plan for the last seven days, the fruit juice will completely cleanse your system, making it a perfect ending.

    The GM diet has been developed to help you lose extra weight without starving. The major advantage of this program is that you can eat whenever you feel hungry, but you can consume only the recommended proper food. This makes the diet so effective, this makes it a healthy way of weight loss.
